First, congratulations on a fantastic first competition yesterday! I’m so proud of the effort, energy, and focus you brought to the field. With the drill now complete, the real work begins, and I know we’re ready for it.
I spoke with judges this morning, and we received some excellent feedback. This is our chance to take the next step, so let’s stay locked in as we prepare for three competitions in the next two weeks! Our journey continues with rehearsal tomorrow from 6–9 pm where we’ll be adding exciting changes and building on all the positives from this weekend.

🕓 Call Time: 5:30 pm | Game Starts: 7:00 pm
Schedule:
5:30 pm – Call time at the Band Room
6:00 pm – Depart for North Stadium
6:15 pm – Arrive and unload equipment
6:45 pm – Marching Band Pre-Game Performance
7:00 pm – Kickoff
~8:00 pm – Students perform full show
9:30–10:00 pm – Finish game, pack up, depart for HHS
10:15–10:30 pm – Arrive at HHS and dismiss

9:00–11:00 am – Visual Rehearsal
11:00 am – Early lunch, load trailer, get uniforms, prepare to depart
12:15 pm – Depart for NAAC
1:00 pm – Arrive at stadium
1:35 pm – Warm-up
3:00 pm – Performance
3:30 pm – Watch final bands
4:15 pm – Prelims Awards
If we make finals:
5:30–8:30 pm – Finals performances (slot depends on placement)
Likely eat dinner before performance, then watch bands and awards
9:00 pm – Finals Awards
