While Marching Band is a Horizon High School class, the fees to participate in Marching Band, Color Guard, or other Band Activities are required to support and continue the program. The budget to pay for buses, food, events, activities, uniforms, equipment, and the many other things a school requires comes entirely from band fees and fundraising.
You can pay a whole bunch of ways, so pick the one that works the best for you! CutTime is our preference, and the balance updates apply instantly. All other methods of payment will take up to 30 days for us to process.

Payment Methods
Currently, there are many ways that Band Fees can be paid! In order of preference for payment, we take payments through CutTime, Zeffy, Zelle, Check by Mail, or Cash in Person.
Payments can be made electronically via:
- CutTime
- This is our #1 preferred method, because it is automated and your balance change is instant! This is our provider for fine arts education program management software that we use internally to manage all of Horizon High School Band’s finances.
- To register for the first time, please click HERE to access the first time form.
- In order for parents to access CutTime, each individual must have an unique email address or cell phone number associated with their account. Once the account is fully setup, you will receive an email or text notifying you can access your account with an unique magic link.
- Your magic link is like a login. Save it and like any secure login method, keep it private and safe. Do not share your magic links with others.
- After you have successfully registered with CutTime, you can click HERE to access your students account and reset your account if you need an updated magic link.
- If for some reason, you do not receive the welcome link after registration please send an email to the treasurer (email above).
- Zeffy
- Click HERE and following the prompts!
- Fees are not assessed against us, but you can choose to pay a donation to the service. The balance change to your account will be updated within the next 30 days.
- Be sure to fill the forms out completely!
- If you have questions about Zeffy, reach out to the HHSBPA.
- Zelle
- If you are using Zelle directly from your primary Bank App or the Zelle app, send your transaction to “hhsbpatreasurer@gmail.com“
- Include your students name in the Notes/Reason field.
- This is tied to your bank account and typically does not include a credit card fee, likewise, the balance change will be updated within the next 30 days.
- If you have any concerns with Zelle, contact your bank directly (as we won’t be able to speak to how your bank chooses to use Zelle.) Since most Zelle-enabled Banks link directly to the checking account, you should be good in most cases.
