Good evening band families! It was great to see so many of you at the Showcase, the band looked and sounded great! They are off to a wonderful start to the season and will have their first competition next weekend.
Here’s what going on this week:
**The clear bag policy is in place at this stadium**
The band parents will be feeding the students a sack lunch in between the parade and the Fossil Ridge Competition. We are asking for help with food, if you can help out, please use the Meal Train link to sign up:

We are still in need of parents to help with pit crew for the Fossil Ridge Competition, if you would like to help with that, please sign up below:
We could still use more snacks and water for games, parades and competitions, if you are able to help with that you can drop off any items Saturday morning at the students’ call time.

Few quick updates:
I'm very excited for the showcase tomorrow! Remember rehearsal is from 10 am-2 pm and then we'll be starting the tailgate at 2 pm with food and more! We should perform the show right at 3:30 pm to be done before 4 pm.
Parade schedule: While the schedule for the parade next week will stay the same as I sent out earlier this week, we switched with Arvada HS Band for the number #30 spot so we can make it up to Fort Collins faster! Huge thanks to Arvada for helping us in a bind!
