Rapid Fundraising Reminder- 25 Contacts for Tomorrow!
Hi Marching Hawks Families! A quick reminder that our Play It Forward Fundraising Blitz is tomorrow from 3:30–5:00 PM!
The most important thing you can do tonight is help your student come prepared with at least 25 contacts. Students who enter 25+ contacts have significantly more fundraising success and extra incentives and prizes during the fundraiser, so family participation here can make a HUGE difference!
I’ve attached the contact worksheet again to help brainstorm names. Please also give your contacts a quick heads-up today that your student will be calling tomorrow between 3:30–5:00 PM about supporting the Marching Hawks. That advance notice can greatly improve response rates.
Thank you for taking a few minutes tonight to help your student get ready. Our goal is $60,000, and it will take all of us working together to get there!
