Dear Marching Band Families,
Thank you so much to everyone who joined us for last night’s kickoff meeting, it was a great start to what promises to be an exciting and memorable season!
I was especially thrilled with how strong our read-through sounded. It’s already clear we’ve got a fantastic group of students coming together this year!
For anyone who couldn’t make it, or if you’d like to review the information, we’ve attached the slides from the meeting below. These contain all the key dates, expectations, and details you’ll need to stay in the loop.

Looking ahead, our next rehearsal is June 3rd from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We’ll break for lunch from 12:00–1:00 PM, so please make sure students bring a lunch or plan accordingly.
Reminder: Commitment forms and deposits are due by June 18th. This is how we’ll confirm each student’s official spot in the show, so please make sure those are submitted on time.
