Good evening band families!
We just wanted to send out a couple quick reminders as we near the end of the year:
We will be putting together our silent auction gift baskets soon. Your student’s section decided on a theme and we are asking for you to donate an item for the gift basket and have that to the school no later than 4/17.
If you have a senior, you may make a tri-fold board with photos on it to display at our last concert band concert (4/30) and the last jazz concert (5/7).
The marching band read-thru and parent meeting will be on 5/18. The music read-thru is from 5–7pm followed by a band parent meeting. Please plan on attending this meeting if you have a student that will be in the marching band next season.
We will be communicating more information towards the end of April, we just wanted to remind everyone about the silent auction items and the senior boards at this time.
