Congratulations, Marching Hawks!!! You hit the JACKPOT!!! What a way to end the season!!! I am so lucky to have spent so much time with all of you while chaperoning and feeding! You are amazing young people who have created something amazing together!!!

Thank you to everyone who helped with the band this marching season in all capacities! We couldn’t have done it without you all! #marching_hawks

Congrats again, Hawks, on a Finals performance! Make sure you’re back at the bus by 3:00 pm (after Monarchs show) so we can get changed and talk about finals retreat and some things to work on for our last show. Perc warm up is 3:35 pm and body is 3:55 pm.

Performance is 5:15 pm
We will practice the retreat after by the buses.
Dinner at 7:15 pm, we can probably watch a few groups in between.
8:45 pm we will change back into uniform for retreat
9:30 pm is finals retreat

Make sure to continue to apply sunscreen in the stands!

Call time at HHS is 5:30 am
If you’re staying in the springs, meet in lot 5A no later than 8 am.

Black socks
Hair pulled up
No dangling earrings or hoops
No nail polish if you have exposed fingers

Hey Hawks!

I'm so excited for a great three days in front of us! Below is some reminders and information about state. IMPORTANT: If you are staying over night in CO Springs, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/zGeqGWZqGHbW6rQo6

Special Moments Ceremony tonight! Don't forget we are loading the trailers right after school today and then it's section time 4-6 pm. Everyone needs to help get things over to the field house after rehearsal ends so we all can have the same amount of section time!

We will begin the ceremony at 6:00 pm and hopefully end between 7:30-8 pm.

Call time 7:00 am tomorrow, 5:00 am Saturday! We should be back around 4:00 pm tomorrow at the latest. 12:30 pm performance time!

Here is some important information regarding the stadium tomorrow:

AFA Falcon Stadium Policy

Air Force Athletics has introduced a clear bag policy this season that will limit bags that may be brought into stadium events. The policy will help to provide a safe environment for the public. Persons/personal belongings are subject to search.

All vendors in Falcon Stadium are now cashless. Credit or Debit Cards will be accepted.

Factory-sealed transparent soft plastic water bottles, 24 oz. or less is the only beverage permitted. Note: Exceptions are made for medical conditions and infants. Fans may also bring in an empty soft transparent water bottle for the purpose of filling their bottle with water inside stadium. (24 oz./less). NO OUTSIDE Food or Beverage is permitted.

PROHIBITED ITEMS IN FALCON STADIUM:
o Illegal substances: Note – Marijuana is an illegal substance on Federal property
o Weapons or dangerous objects of any type
o Alcohol, glass containers, bottles/cans, aerosol sprays, hard sided (or Nalgene) plastic bottles
o Sunscreen: Sunscreen is permissible in 6-ounce tubes or less. (No bottles or aerosol sprays)
o Approved bags:
o One clear bag per ticket holder that is plastic, vinyl or PVC not exceeding (12" x 12" x 12")
o One-gallon clear zip lock bag
o Small clutch bag or fanny pack no larger than 5.5 x 7.5 inches
o No hard-sided containers, or coolers
o No backpacks to include bota bags, wine-skins, and camelbacks
o Laser pointers, fireworks, or any item deemed unsafe by security personnel
o Any unapproved Banners/Signs (No signs larger than 18" x 24")
o PETS: (Other than ADA Compliant Service Animals)
o No sticks, bats, poles, umbrellas, footballs, Frisbees, balls or inflatable balls
o Artificial noisemakers of any kind
o Baby seats, Large Strollers—–(Collapsible umbrella strollers are permitted)
o Any item that cannot be readily inspected
o No flash photography
o No Smoking or Tobacco of any kind—(Includes vapor cigarettes)
o No seatbacks wider than 19 inches (no excessive pockets or protruding arm rests)
o Note, there is no storage of prohibited items, please return them to your vehicle
